🌟What is it all about?

The Family Links Nurturing Programme is designed to help parents / carers to understand and manage feelings and behaviour to strengthen their family unit.  Through interactive sessions and expert guidance, parents / carers will gain skills to help the challenges of family life.  Including:

• Promoting benefits of an emotionally healthy family unit
• Meeting local community representatives to discuss what help, services and activities are available within the community
• Benefitting from a variety of holistic therapy eg massage, reflexology etc
• Free flexible active play for your child / young person within our Play & Skills Centre in Ardrossan

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who can attend?

Parents and caregivers of children and young people (aged 5 to 25 years) with additional support needs (no diagnosis necessary).  Self-referral’s welcome.
